By using OneHubs as a Service Provider, you agree that you are solely responsible for the services you offer and provide to Customers. You must ensure that all information in your profile, including your business details, qualifications, prices, availability, photographs, and service descriptions, is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licences, permits, insurance, qualifications, registrations, equipment, and legal authorizations required to provide your services. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and professional standards.

Any quotation, price, appointment, contract, payment arrangement, cancellation, refund, warranty, guarantee, or other agreement with a Customer is solely between you and the Customer. OneHubs is not a party to such agreements. You are responsible for communicating directly with Customers and confirming the scope of work, price, payment method, appointment time, location, materials, cancellation terms, completion date, and any warranties or guarantees before starting a service.

You are responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and completion of the services you provide. OneHubs does not guarantee or warrant that you will receive bookings, Customers, payments, or a particular level of business through the platform.

By registering or using OneHubs as a Service Provider, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept responsibility for your services and dealings with Customers.
